Terms of Service

Last updated April 3, 2026. These Terms govern use of the Storentic website, platform, and related services.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Storentic website, platform, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

Services

Storentic provides software, website functionality, demo access, and related services for self-storage operators, owners, and management groups. Specific platform access, configuration, implementation, pricing, and support terms may also be governed by separate order forms, statements of work, or customer agreements.

Use of the website and platform

You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of Storentic systems or other users.

Accounts and credentials

If you receive access credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Storentic promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with any data submitted to the platform. You represent that you have the right to provide such data and that its use in connection with the services does not violate law or third-party rights.

Payments and commercial terms

Fees, billing terms, implementation scope, and service commitments are governed by the applicable commercial agreement between Storentic and the customer. Failure to pay agreed fees may result in suspension or termination of access where permitted by contract and law.

Intellectual property

The Storentic website, platform, branding, code, interfaces, content, and related materials are owned by Storentic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or services from time to time. We aim to operate reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Storentic disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Storentic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to use of the website or services. Any direct liability will be limited as provided in the applicable customer agreement, or if none exists, to the amount paid for the relevant services during the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of the services.

Governing law

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
